Dr. Zarankin’s involvement in the insolvency field is particularly noteworthy whereas under his authority as a District Court Judge in Haifa were complex cases like the corporate debt settlement for the “Zim” shipping company and corporate debt settlements for infrastructure, industrial, and hi-tech corporations.
In addition, Dr. Zarankin has extensive experience in the field of corporate rehabilitation and recovery, management of receivership proceedings and asset distribution, liquidation of corporations and associations, managing debt and creditor arrangements, and the managing of companies in the process of suspension of proceedings.
